Process

  1. Contact us and pick out your ALPOD design
  2.  We will give you a preliminary packet about the ALPOD
  3. Take the preliminary packet to your local city planning and development office to show them where you would like to install and ALPOD.
  4. Once they give you an informal ok that they are willing to consider your submission you will sign a development contract and make a deposit towards the purchase.
  5. We will provide full plans for the ALPOD ready for submission.
  6. We will assist you in getting a local GC to quote for the site prep work
  7. We will assist you in getting a local Architect to prepare the plans of your site integrated with our ALPOD plans os they can be submitted to the city for approval.
  8. Once then plans are approved you will make a 50% deposit.
  9. Customer will pull and pay grading permits and GC will start the site prepwork.
  10. Once the site prep is complete customer will pull and pay for construction permit.
  11. Customer will pay 40% of the balance due for the ALPOD
  12. Once the ALPOD is completed and ready to ship customer will pay the balance in full.
  13. Once ALPOD arrives at port nearest site we will coordinate trucking and craning (this is an additional expense incurred by the customer.
